Responsibilities
Deliver Brazil market change interventions using global playbooks and toolkits, localised to market needs in collaboration with the BI Market Change Coordinator.
Own and execute the market communications plan, adapting global materials to local audiences, tone of voice, and language requirements.
Validate change impact assessments, attend relevant local design sessions, and capture impacts within the Change Impact Template.
Lead and manage the Market Change Agent network, tailoring communications and engagement by function and role.
Own market level change risks, issues and roadblocks, escalating to the Market Change Advocate and Regional Change team as required.
