About This Opportunity

Location: Hamilton, ON

Onsite 2 days/week - Tues/Wed MANDATORY - the schedule will alternate between two days onsite, then three days, and back to two days, and so on.

Hours: 35hr/wk

Contract: 5 Months + extension

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of change initiatives within the cybersecurity program.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and adoption strategies for new processes/tools.
  • Monitor progress, manage resistance, and report on adoption metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

    • Must-Haves:

  • Prosci Certification (or equivalent) – demonstrates knowledge of change frameworks without requiring on-the-job training.
  • 2–3 successful change management implementations in IT or Cybersecurity environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
