Key Responsibilities Financial Restructuring & Corporate Exercises Lead debt restructuring initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement. Oversee Scheme of Arrangement processes, including court, regulatory, and advisory workstreams. Support M&A, acquisitions, and strategic investments aligned with group repositioning. Manage relationships with legal, financial, and restructuring advisors. Capital Management & Funding Strategy Develop and implement capital restructuring strategies (equity, debt, hybrid instruments). Strengthen cash flow management and liquidity planning across the group. Establish funding structures to support new business lines such as supply chain platforms and hospitality assets. Engage with banks, financial institutions, and potential investors locally and regionally.
