Coordinate Cement Innovation activities with internal and external technology experts.
Develop and coordinate a Cement Technology Network to assure transference of best practices and technologies.
Outline Cement Technology Agenda and support the Smart Innovation process.
Identify new chemistry related processes and technologies from the very initial phase, when the most advantage can be taken, but also when information is scarce and deploy them when maturity is high.
Find the right and newer Cement technologies for each operation according to their geographical context.
Support Cement Operations in regular and innovation activities.
