Ensure all CCTV and video surveillance systems are fully operational, properly maintained, and continuously monitored.
Manage the control room operations: perform regular checks on cameras, recorders and network video systems, ensure visual clarity and proper recording, and address any system failures or technical issues promptly.
Install, configure, and manage surveillance software (e.g. VMS platforms such as Milestone, AXIS Camera Station, Hikvision or similar), including maintenance, updates, and system optimizations.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues: collaborate with network and storage teams to secure connectivity, data integrity, and system stability (including LAN, storage, and server infrastructure when relevant).
Provide training and support to CCTV operators; ensure proper procedures, documentation, and compliance with security and operational standards.
