Reimagined Parking is currently looking for a driven, reliable, and diligent individual to join our team of Parking Ambassadors relieving full-time and part-time employees, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming customer service experience for all partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Take steps to assist customers in a courteous manner with parking related inquiries, such as use of parking payment systems.
Perform traffic mitigation to ensure flow of traffic when required.
Walk through your assigned location(s) to conduct stall occupancy reports multiple times during each shift.
Record and report all major accidents and incidents in a timely manner.
