About This Opportunity

Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Bern, with a mix of on-site event work and some tasks that can be completed from home. The Catering Coordinator / Event Assistant / Operations Executive supports the planning and delivery of internal and external events, meetings, and workshops related to SAP community activities and partner engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating catering orders, managing event logistics, preparing event materials, and ensuring venues are set up according to requirements. The role also involves communicating with vendors and partners, tracking orders and budgets, handling attendee inquiries, and providing on-site support during events. The position requires proactive coordination with internal teams to align event operations with company standards and to ensure a consistent, service-oriented experience.
