Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, determining purpose of visit, and directing them to the appropriate person or service.
• Answering, forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing and collection.
• Processing Resident Census.
• Maintaining records as required and performing clerical work assigned in accordance with Extendicare policies and procedures; maintaining an orderly filing system.
• Maintaining office equipment by following owner‑manual guidelines and arranging for repair when necessary.
