Program Overview

The Raising Hope program is a secure apartment building program for pregnant or early post‑partum women who struggle with addiction. It hosts up to 14 families and is staffed 24/7 with at least 2 staff per shift. Its goals are healthier pregnancies and births, keeping mothers and newborns together, reuniting parents with children in care, and increasing family wellness through programming for addictions, parenting, prenatal health, and healthy living skills.
