School District No. 52 Prince Rupert is currently accepting applications for casual on call Custodian positions. This position is casual and hours are assigned on an as required basis. A custodian: Maintains the facility in a clean and sanitary manner according to approved work schedules and procedures. Performs minor maintenance work as required. Reports immediately to the Head Custodian or Custodial Foreperson any unusual circumstances or incidents that may have occurred during their shift. Required qualifications and abilities are: Grade 10 or equivalent. Building Service Worker Course Certificate or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of one (1) year work experience as a custodian or building service worker in a commercial or industrial setting or an equivalent combination of training, education or experience.
