Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategic vision for the Casino vertical in alignment with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Casino team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Oversee evaluation, enhancement, and documentation of existing and new functionalities, features, and processes.
Take ownership of the Casino roadmap and backlog, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery.
Supervise game curation, tournament design, and lobby management to maximize player engagement.
Monitor and analyze player performance, identifying issues, opportunities, and implementing improvements.
Ensure consistent optimization of first-party tables and dealer quality standards.
