Position: Case Manager, Toronto, ON – Claims adjudication for STD and LTD claims.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting clients in resolution of complex cases.
Return to work coordination.
Communication with health care providers.
Track and present quarterly rehabilitation budget expense reports to policy holders.
Direct contact/meeting with policyholders, union representatives, plan members, physicians and other health care qualified.
Develop, monitor and implement cutting‑edge vocational rehabilitation services and goal‑oriented rehabilitation plans for claimants in receipt of short and long term disability perks.
Coordinate services of external rehabilitation and medical management providers.
Facilitate timely return to work for claimants, contributing to overall profitability of Group Disability.
