In this full-time salaried contract role, you will work closely with vulnerable students aged 12-19. Your mission is to enhance their educational and social networks using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. Collaborating with adult mentors, you will implement supportive activities and build resilience within the Black youth community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver educational webinars and in-person workshops for youth
• Provide one-on-one holistic support and mentorship
• Collect participant information for assessments and support
• Design youth-centered action plans and evaluate their effectiveness
• Coordinate peer mentorship opportunities for students
