Job Description:

• Provide care and companionship for an elderly individual (90 years old)
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Aid in mobility and ambulation to prevent injury or falls
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including special dietary requirements
• Feed or assist in feeding as needed
• Provide medication reminders and monitor general health
• Perform routine health-related duties such as changing non-sterile dressings and collecting specimens
• Offer supervision throughout the day to ensure safety and reduce confusion or disorientation
