Berkshire Family and Individual Resources (BFAIR) connects elders and adults with disabilities to caring families in the community. Our Adult Family Care program gives you the support of a Case Manager and Registered Nurse, as well as ongoing education around caregiving. Caregivers receive a tax-free stipend, charges for care, 14 days of respite, and 24-hour on call system.

Our interdisciplinary care team includes the person in care, the caregiver, a registered nurse and a case manager. The teamwork reduces stress for caregivers and improves overall quality of life for the person in care and the household.
