Develops and manages new and existing programs by recommending, monitoring or adjusting appropriate plant operating procedures to meet program requirements within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Coordinates program vendor activities including design, tooling, and parts suppliers to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to customer requirements and schedules.
Prepares quotations for piece cost and tooling. Provides technical launch support at customer assembly locations.
Controls program budget: plan vs. actual.
Ensures closure of actions in Lear Pro (LPMP) assigned to the program in all project phases, including actions assigned to the Cross Functional Team.
Ensures DCN closure on time aligned with SOP.
Manages and coordinates the cross-functional team for the implementation of launches and engineering changes.
