HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Capacity Planning Analyst to support workforce planning and capacity management across operations. In this role, you’ll translate demand signals, staffing assumptions, and operational inputs into actionable capacity plans using Workforce Management (WFM) tools such as NICE, UKG/ADP, Verint, or similar systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring planning models accurately reflect real-world operations and can be effectively translated into schedule-level staffing decisions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with workforce management tools, a strong foundation in data accuracy, and the ability to connect planning assumptions to operational outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you'll:
Support weekly planning cycles to project staffing needs over a 6-8 week horizon.
