The Role

This is not a traditional project management role. While you will plan and track work, the real differentiator is how you show up: you build trust fast, communicate with confidence, create momentum, and hold people accountable without relying on authority. You work in tandem with the Capability Technology Manager to ensure delivery is aligned, resourced, and unblocked. You partner closely with BSAs/BAs to ensure requirements are clear and actionable. You are the person the team looks to when things need to move.
