To assist in the leadership of the OMNI area and processes through partnership with the OMNI Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What you'll do
Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product/service promotion, locating merchandise, facilitating purchases, resolving issues, and referring concerns as appropriate.
Assists in providing direction and coordination of task completion per communicated priorities from the OMNI Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
Assesses overall presentation of the OMNI area, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
Delegate, assist, and follow up on completion of daily OMNI activities.
Support with scheduling as needed.
Review, follow‑up, and act on opportunities from key OMNI metrics – Presubs, FTPR, CSAT, etc.
