To assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
What You’ll Do
Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers, promoting products, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Assist in directing and coordinating task completion based on priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and Store Management Team.
Assess the overall presentation of Food Departments, note deficiencies, and execute merchandising display changes as required.
Delegate and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
Support scheduling as needed.
Assign associates to support coverage and availability tasks across the store.
Participate in training and development of Food Associates, providing feedback as needed.
