What you’ll do
Customer service is a priority – moments take precedence over the task.
Assist customers with the sale of goods, including providing product information, answering product questions, recommending products, and retrieving products from locked cabinets.
Full completion of standard ‘floor’ associate type work, including deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, and zoning.
Setting and completion of modular.
Promote charity events and promote Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offering.
Lead high‑complexity in‑store product launches, training and advising other areas of the store as necessary.
