Position Summary

A Dairy/Frozen Department Manager co-ordinates the merchandise and activities of Associates in a department(s) of a Wal‑Mart store through modular integrity, perpetual inventory, merchandise management, and customer service, while maintaining exemplary customer service by adhering to the Basic Beliefs and values of Wal‑Mart.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Management Team with supervision of the department, including mentoring, teaching, assigning duties, recognizing, supervising, and communicating with Hourly Associates efficiently.
• Order merchandise on time.
• Maintain zero pricing errors via the Scanning Credibility Program.
