Responsibilities

The Camp Counselor is responsible for leading and supervising safe, inclusive, and engaging recreational activities for children and youth participating in the summer camp program. Counselors play a key role in creating a positive camp experience while ensuring participant safety and well‑being at all times. The Counselor will respond appropriately to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies and also assist with set-up, clean‑up, and organization of program space. The Counselor will communicate effectively with the Camp Coordinator, team members, and participants.
