Location: Mercado de Abastos

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; Sunday 7:00 am to 2:00 pm (Weekday rest) | Includes weekend shifts | 10‑hour shift

• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Answer phone calls
• Record payments received from the collections area
• Update internal records and accounts
• Process and send client and/or supplier insurance documents as applicable
• Create invoices, remissions, notes, and sales tickets for retail sales
• Organize daily documentation
• Record general collections performed at cut‑off
• Telephone service to clients and suppliers
• Capture inventory in system

• Bachelor’s completed or Administrative Technician
