As a Legal Counsel at CACEIS, you'll leverage your 4-7 years of experience to provide legal advice on commercial and regulatory issues affecting the Canadian market. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, your responsibilities will include drafting agreements, advising on corporate governance, and collaborating on group-wide initiatives. You’ll also assist with cross-border legal challenges and contribute to policy implementations.
