Hornblower Group is looking for a diligent Cabin Steward to act as a guest liaison aboard our fast ferry services. You will play a pivotal role by maintaining cleanliness, assisting customers, and ensuring a safe environment while following company sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all passengers courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned work areas
• Help stock and prepare the retail space before and during service
• Follow sanitation protocols as per company standards
• Communicate issues to the Chief Steward effectively
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required STCW/BST and VPDSD certifications
• Valid U.S. Passport
• CPR/AED/First Aid certified
