About This Opportunity

Support the HR team at CAA Club Group in Thornhill as an HR Administrator. Your role will include managing reception, coordinating HR emails, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Director of Associate Experience, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment for Associates. With a focus on organization and communication, you will utilize your 1-2 years of administrative experience to ensure efficient operations within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide reception services at the Thornhill office
• Administer support tasks for the HR and Office Services teams
• Respond to inquiries in the HR email inbox and prioritize them
• Help coordinate HR programs and special events

Requirements:
• Education from a college or university
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
