Analyze Material Requirements Planning (MRP) / Advanced Planning Scheduling (APS) and procurement of direct and indirect materials for new products.
Support new product introductions by securing material for pilot runs.
Analyze MRP system and determine orders to be placed with suppliers according to schedule.
Ensure material availability to meet production schedules.
Elevate issues to Senior Commodity Buyer and Planner as applicable.
