Strategic Buyer/Planner II

Responsible for the development and management of suppliers and all purchasing and planning activities relating to manufacturing, service, and inventory control for assigned product lines.

The position is also responsible for supporting the optimization of inventory levels and being alert to material changes, shortages, unplanned scrap, and material availability.

Maintains the MRP system data and its integrity, prepares and analyzes reports, and supports project management of existing and new products.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Business, Supply Chain preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of supply chain improvements
• Ability to speak, understand, and write in English and Spanish at a B2 or higher level
• APICS certification is a plus
