Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment.
Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic .
Professional butler or luxury service certification such as “The International Butler Academy) is required.
Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation
Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations.
