Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment.
Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as (German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic ).
Professional butler or luxury service certification such as “The International Butler Academy) is required.
Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation
Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations.
