About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our Business Technology team.
In this role, you will provide critical support and maintenance for our Go To Market Tech Ecosystem, including: HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Gong, Vercel, etc.
You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations and system performance.
What the Candidate Will Do:
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, from user issues to system & integration issues.
System Administration: Develop & maintain automation and integration in GTM Tools, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
User Support: Serve as the primary contact for support inquiries related to our GTM Ecosystem.
