Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end processes of provisioning, modifying and revoking user access related requests to our systems. This includes the following:

Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the request aligns with the users access requirements.

Validating access dependencies (ie: compliance standards, client access approvals)

Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests Monitor critical reports to ensure processes are actioned in a timely manner. Support client transfer changes by collaborating with business groups as required to ensure smooth transition.
