In this role you will:
  • Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives, user needs, and pain points across wealth management journeys

  • Create and maintain end-to-end customer and advisor journey maps that highlight opportunities, dependencies, and value drivers

  • Decompose complex business problems into clear themes, epics, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria

  • Facilitate story-mapping workshops to align stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and incremental value delivery

  • Translate business outcomes into structured functional requirements, user stories, and process flows

  • Ensure requirements remain aligned to strategic objectives throughout delivery

  • Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams
