Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support initiatives within one of the Canadian Big Five Banks under their U.S. lending and mortgage portfolio, with a robust focus on whole loan products. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to drive enhancements across loan lifecycle systems, data, and processes. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working with U.S. whole loans (loan-level assets that are not securitized) and understands how these loans are originated, serviced, and/or traded.
