Business Support Specialist – Mississauga

Salary range: 60 000 to 70 000 gross per year.

Summary

The Business Support Specialist serves as a critical business support resource and functional expert to own business processes supported in e‑Emphasys and evolve new functionalities according with business demand. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, manage master data and assist in developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business and technology by working with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for changes or enhancements needed.
• Identify data quality issues, resolve inconsistencies, and perform regular updates to Master Data to ensure a single source of truth for the organization.
