Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) at Associate Director level to serve as the primary interface between EY’s Enterprise Technology (ET) organization and Nordic Business Unit within the Europe Central region.

This role is also open to candidates based in Finland, Denmark, or Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary Enterprise Technology point of contact for the Nordic business unit, building trusted relationships with senior business, enablement and regional CTO stakeholders.
  • Understand business demand, priorities and performance expectations, and translate these into appropriate enterprise and workplace‑related technology solutions, in collaboration with enablement functions.
  • Guide stakeholders in navigating the ET organization, ensuring clarity on ownership, prioritization and decision‑making.
