Assent is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to a rapidly scaling $125M SaaS organization. This role will partner cross-functionally to define, optimize, and institutionalize workflows across the enterprise. Starting with the Services organization, the team member will have the opportunity to make a significant impact as we rethink workflows in an AI driven environment. 

This individual must have previously led workflow redesign and systems implementation in a high-growth environment and bring an objective, third-party perspective to how work actually flows versus how it is assumed to flow. The successful candidate will quickly diagnose bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, recommend new and rationalize existing systems, and drive measurable improvements in speed, predictability, and operating leverage.
