This is a unique contract opportunity to work inside a highly collaborative marketing organization undergoing structural evolution, where you’ll play a critical role in documenting, redesigning, and improving how core marketing and promotional processes function across teams.
What You Will Do Lead Current‑State Process Discovery
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow discovery sessions across marketing, promotions, campaign, and cross‑functional teams
Observe and document how marketing work currently gets done across key functions
Map existing workflows, dependencies, bottlenecks, and operational gaps
