Position Description

The Revenue Operations Quote to Cash Systems and Enhancement team is responsible for operational aspects of the Sales Operations Q2C space, working with the Business Technology team on prioritization of features and enhancements/bug fixes, ensuring requests pass business requirements through User Acceptance Testing. The Business Analyst will focus on technology and system implementations, process analysis, and supporting key business and operational initiatives. The role reports to the Manager of the Quote to Cash Systems and Enhancement Team in a fast‑paced environment that requires managing multiple responsibilities and projects.
