Overview

We are looking for a Business Partner (Shared Services) to act as a strategic leader connecting business, technology, and operations, driving digital enablement, innovation, and performance across Shared Services while partnering with IT, delivery teams, and functional leaders to modernize the operation and ensure technology generates real business impact. Additionally, this professional will join the Bunge Technology (BT) organization, where the BP team is responsible for driving the vision and defining the BT roadmap across business and functional domains, working closely with senior executives to align on required outcomes, serve as the single point of contact to the business, and ensure the BT ecosystem delivers against agreed OKRs. This role reports to the BTP Leader in the BT organization.
