Full-time, direct hire. Oversee operations for a campground, two golf courses, pubs, Airbnb rentals, and support services that make the location a community hub.
Responsibilities
Partner with ownership on planning, reporting, and projects.
Track sales, expenses, and performance across businesses.
Improve systems and eliminate inefficiencies.
Coordinate outsourced bookkeeping and oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll using QuickBooks Online and Paylocity.
Ensure accuracy across departments.
Support hiring, onboarding, and compliance (Maine).
Supervise 2–3 team members, build smart schedules, and support team culture.
Oversee technical systems for campground, golf, and rentals.
