Business Operations Associate II

• Responsible for the day-to-day sales and customer support service activities for assigned accounts.
• Place the order with the Supplier and provide follow-up to ensure accuracy.
• Review Orders and documentation to guarantee all the data is accurate.
• Approve Purchase Orders.
• Send the Purchase Order to the Supplier.
• Resolve any rejections and work with returns.
• Provide status updates to the sales team or the customer.
• Review backlog report to ensure all POs are being addressed.

• 2+ years of experience with Operations and Customer Service.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills (Lookup & Reference, Logical functions, Concatenation, and Pivot Tables).
• ERP/CRM experience.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken fluently).
