Being part of HSBC in Switzerland, you’ll help evolve and grow our business. The job holder will be responsible for managing, analyzing and prioritizing of all requests coming to HSBC Private Banking Rebalancing Approval mailbox. The role performs a qualitative review of requests, coordinates timely feedback to Front Office, and escalates matters to Senior Management where required, including any potential complaints or incidents.
