**Position Summary**

Responsible for leading the Flow Controls (FCV) business, providing management support to PRM ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Accountable for business strategy execution, financial performance, market expansion, and organizational development while aligning regional priorities with Emerson’s global objectives.

**Responsibilities**

+ Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, margins, operating income, and cash flow.
+ Drive commercial performance through market expansion, strategic customer engagement, and pricing excellence.
+ Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business review processes.
+ Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure business objectives are achieved.
