Identify and research target companies to continuously expand our outbound prospect list.
Experiment, iterate and improve outbound processes, tooling and messaging.
Partner closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to improve the outbound BDR strategy. You will have a direct impact on helping shape the broader sales motion.
Play a foundational role in defining what great looks like for future BDRs at Venn.
What Weβre Looking For
1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or software sales role (ideally as an early sales hire or at a fast-growing startup).
Strong record of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals.
