Business Development Representative (Remote Canada or US)
Align HCM is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team!
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in target markets
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to prospective clients
Must love being on the phone for a minimum of 2 hours a day talking to prospects
Needs to be active on LinkedIn - posting, engaging, and must have a robust connection network
Requires a 'hunter and CEO of your own business' mentality that requires discipline, strong work ethic, a competitive spirit and hunger for success
Ability to take coaching and implement feedback to improve outcomes
Creativity and attention to detail in correspondence (call/email/LinkedIn) with prospects to get their attention and set Align HCM apart from our competitors
