The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and investment-focused Business Development Manager (Inside Sales Associate) to join our growing Retail Distribution team. This role provides the opportunity to work in a flexible, entrepreneurship‑driven environment and to build relationships with investment advisors and financial planners across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and grow our network of financial advisors using a consultative sales approach to position PICTON’s alternative investment strategies.
• Support and collaborate with an assigned External Wholesaler, sharing innovative ideas and executing strategic sales initiatives.
• Assist in developing territory business plans, identifying new sales opportunities across the IIROC and MFDA channels...
