Business Development Manager – will report to the Director, Individual Advisor Channel in the following capacities:
Meet or exceed gross and net revenue targets
MGA & Advisor relationship development and management (e.g. meetings, social activities, other) with an aim to enhancing GreenShield product awareness and sales activity.
Organize and execute Advisor education events (i.e. lunch & learn with CE credits, webinars, other).
Collaboration with Account Manager(s) and Client Service Representative(s) on book management.
Continual development of a network of quality advisors within our MGA block.
Monitor the competitive marketplace and share internally.
Ensure professional development and develop strong industry connections.
Attendance at industry functions (i.e. CAILBA, Distribution Partner events).
