Business Development (B2B) Basic with High Rolling Commission
The Company is growing and we are looking for talents who are passionate in the people business to join our team as a Business Development (B2B) dealing with the client side.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing for new clients for our various services offerings.
Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands.
Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole.
